This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) shall embody the general terms and conditions that govern and apply to all activities relating to the return of products purchased from Everprint (“Everprint”, “us”, “we”, “our”), by our customers (“you”, “your”, "The Buyer") and refund thereof.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review this Policy.
- Your Order Cancellation Rights
1.1 For all orders on our Site, you have a cooling-off period of 30 days from the day of receipt as explained in our general Terms and Conditions. However, we strongly advise that you check the contents of the product directly after receipt. Within the cooling-off period, you have an opportunity to try out the product as you would in a store.
1.2 If within the cooling-off period, you are unsatisfied with the product , kindly let us know by contacting our customer service team via our mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, the product has to be in the original packaging and in the original state.
1.3 The deadline for cancelling an order is the 30th day commencing from the day on which you received the product or on which a third party you have appointed formally or informally, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
1.4 In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement in writing addressed to our official contact email at email@example.com
- Conditions for Returns
2.1 In order for the product to be eligible for a return, subject to the provisions of clause 2.2 below:
- the product must have been purchased in the last 30 days of the return request;
- the product has to be in the original packaging and in the original state
2.2 The following Products cannot be returned:
- products which were produced and supplied based on your specification or clearly personalized;
- products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, or which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry of the product is over;
- products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
2.3 If the Buyer wishes to return defective goods, this will only take place with the prior written consent of Everprint in the manner indicated by Everprint. Returning items is at the sole discretion of Everprint, Any visible defects or shortcomings must be reported to Everprint in writing within 14 days after delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. Non-visible defects or shortcomings must be reported within one month after delivery, Everprint does not accept any liability for incorrect use of the product by Buyer, In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the Buyer, The Buyer itself is liable for any reduction in value of the product. Refunds will only be made if agreed in writing with Everprint.
2.4 If the Buyer exercises his right of Cancellation, he will return the product and all accessories, insofar as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to Everprint, in accordance with Everprint's return instructions, if this is necessary in the opinion of Everprint.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Returning Products
3.1 You need to contact our customer service within 30 days of purchasing the product to inform us that you want to return your order.
3.2 Customer are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us, irrespective of the reasons for delay or damage in transit.
3.3 We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier or haulage company.
If your returned product complies with the provisions of sections 2 and 3 above as per our sole discretion, then Everprint will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as the customer used for the order unless you expressly give permission for another payment method. Where the same payment method is used, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Where the customer suggests a different payment method, any extra fees or charge will be borne by the customer..
